Majority of the staff are lovely. However the store has been let down by a highly ignorant and racist member of staff. (woman with black hair in a bun) I have taken it to head office and hopefully she will learn basic manners and leave her far right mentality at home before putting the uniform on. Her behavior is absolutely disgusting. Refused to give me the name but I have given a full discription to the CEO and head office and hopefully she will learn that racism on 2025 is completely unacceptable

Went the other day to get some trainers I couldn't see my size so I asked one of the staff for help and he told me to get back to where the woman's shoes are a wait. In an angry manner. I asked him for more help because the sizes didn't fit me and he said I'll send someone to you but we waited for ages and no one came, so I just walked out in the end.

Last night I witnessed the most horrific incident in sports direct longton. A man came in to swap his shoes to which the staff member said he couldn?t as there was a mark. The man explained that they were already like that, 3 female staff went over to the male worker who then started to shout at the customer he threw his shoes on the floor he was verbally abusive and when the customer was leaving he then outside the store threw the shoes at him on the floor, he was pushing him continuously and even followed the customer to his car where he had his children. Never experienced customer service like it and I really hope they have there jobs taken. He was belittling and abusive to that poor man!!!!

Sports direct will continue to tumble with staff like Jake the manager! Absolutely disgusting treatment! Would give 0 stars if that was an option! First time I visited the female staff was rude and ignorant, but did not leave a review. Second time visiting my experience was even worse!

Beware buying from this store i bought a hoodie for my girlfriends birthday when she tried it on noticed couple of marks on front of it. Hoodie still had tags on also had receipt tried getting refund or exchange and was refused both then got accused of spilling something down the front of the hoodie by store manager jake. girlfriend tried it on for 30 second then took it off at this point got quite frustrated as been accused of something I haven't done there was a back forth of arguing at this point the manager proceeded too tell me how he's not intimidated by me which I found very strange think jake store manager is more concerned in trying too win arguments than making sure his store is selling quality products and having good customer service. In the end went too festival park sports direct got an exchange for hoodie and staff were super helpful

Utterly rude manager, I've never experienced such disgusting attitude from a staff member whilst shopping, actually insulting. The amount of poor reviews but nothing is done. Shame on you sports direct!!

Visited the store today, there was only one fitting room open, which was occupied, it clearly states 3 items, but the person in the fitting room had a lot more than 3, I had already waited for a while so I ask a member of staff to open the other fitting room, they said no they don?t open it, and there wasn?t anything he could do about it. What is the point in having a fitting room if you won?t open it! Very frustrated customer, went away without purchasing anything and won?t be shopping here again!

Really rude and aggressive staff, not helpful and don't allow you to return marked clothes purchased from them even though tags attached. Told everything arrives in store unmarked and nearly purchased a t-shirt for my son the same night I made the return of marked clothes and there was a mark on the t-shirt so didn't purchase. Won't be buying from this store again, spend a fortune with them monthly and online but will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

would give it a zero if I could , rubbish customer service from the asian young lady with brown hair and blonde highlights she was chatty with her friends and did not serve me and my family properly. I asked for assistance for a specific shoe size, she did not help one bit I had to look for myself.
