Visited 21/08/25 for eye test. The staff were so lovely, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Sadly also witnessed another customer, an elderly lady suffer a medical emergency. The staff, again we're faultless in assisting her. Well done to all concerned.

Exceptional Service and Friendly Staff at Specsavers Tunstall
I recently visited the Specsavers branch in Tunstall for the first time, as I?ve never worn glasses before. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely approachable and friendly, confirming my appointment and making me feel at ease.
The waiting room, while a little cramped at times, was clearly designed to maximize the space for the wide variety of frames on offer. There were moments when people had to shuffle seats or stand, which may have been due to the time I visited. However, the staff managed everything efficiently, and it didn?t detract from the overall experience.
Once called, I was seen promptly, and the service was excellent. The team were attentive, professional, and made the process straightforward and enjoyable. My second visit to collect my glasses mirrored this positive experience. Again, the waiting room felt busy, suggesting this may be typical, but once I was seen, my glasses were carefully tested and adjusted, and I was on my way within minutes.
Overall, I had a fantastic first experience with Specsavers Tunstall. The staff?s professionalism, approachability, and efficiency made what could have been a daunting experience for a first-time glasses wearer completely stress-free. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for excellent service and expert care
