Probably the best service I've received in an opticians. Everything explained clearly. Younger lad called Charley helped me chose my frames and was one of few people over the 30yrs I've worn glasses, to listen to what I wanted and find frames the match that. As a result I was happier to spend more to try thinned lenses which I've considered for a while but not previously purchased.

Longton, as a town gets a lot of stick but there are some plus points and this is one of them.
Waiting times were minimal, staff were polite, friendly and professional throughout and the store is spotlessly clean.
What could have been quite a clinical process was instead a warm and relaxing break for an hour.
