Just walked in and asked the dude working if they had any of a certain brand of shoe in my size. I wasn't after one particular type of shoe I just wanted something black in this particular brand. I know they do too sell them because they were on display, I just wanted to try my size on. He put his hand on his chin, said hmm and then "I don't think we will" in a way you could just tell he couldn't be arsed at all, guy didn't even go check for me thanks bro ?

Front of house staff are discusting. Went in and asked if they stocked an item. Woman rudely replied "no!" Then turned away. Didn't offer any assistance! As I walked out I noticed the shoe I was after on a stand.
