“Good selection of furniture shops - the ones we visited were all covid aware and taking precautions. Wren have a good selection of kitchens on display and helpful but not intrusive staff.”

“5 stars for Festival Park. Sure, it's a great place to shop with a good selection of big brand stores...but...it's also one of the best places to view the beautiful sunsets we are blessed with in this part of North Staffordshire. If you pick the right spot at the right time you can sometimes just catch one of those amazing big sky panoramas just as the sun goes golden above the tree tops. The attached picture was taken just after 4pm on a chilly but crystal clear Sunday afternoon in early January 2024.”

“It is what it is, a small chain grocery store. Smaller than their semi-related Tesco Express chain but always well-stocked with most things you could need in a pinch - bear in mind that they don’t stock Tesco own-brand household goods anymore so you will pay a premium for branded goods. Has its problems with shoplifting but you could say the same about every grocery shop in Stoke-on-Trent nowadays. I have a few friends who work there and the rest of the team are always friendly.The only issue I really have - and this is not reflective of the Fenton team - is the company’s focus on online delivery services like Just Eat etc. - the company have not invested in man hours to cope with this. This has the double knock-on effect of leaving in-store customers waiting for service, while the assistant on shift is run ragged and can more easily make mistakes, leading of course to unhappy online customers. The team put on a brave face which is admirable, but the way it’s been described for a job that essentially pays minimum wage is ghastly.”

“Great place for all your shopping needs if it's Christmas, birthdays or any other occasion. The markets on the bottom level are worth a mooch around too. Its worth a day out for shopping.”

“Great service from Next again.We bought 2 new sofas helped by Kim our sales lady.Kim was very helpful and pleasant.Delievery for sofas was to our dates (3 weeks) but could have had them delivered within a few days.
Delivery to our home was first class by to pleasant men.These are our second 2 sofas from Next,first was 10 years earlier.Frame and fabric excellent quality.”
