Great place to quickly charge our EV. Plenty of charging stations. Paid with Electrocard without any problem.

Used the EV charger and needed to use the facilities, chose this station as the website states forecourt & Shop inc facilities are 24hrs. Sorted my car out and went off to the shop but it was closed. The gentleman indicated were closed to which I said please let me in to use the toilet, no sorry and gestured me to the window where he preceded to inform me that it all closed at 11pm I begged and begged but was told he would loose his job if he opened the door. I went back to my car and waited. I checked the website in case I had got it wrong, NO it clearly states 24hrs with facilities so I went back to show the gentleman the information but he was not interested and said again he would loose his job, yes it is 24hrs but they lock the door, I said NO your website does not state that, I'm a lady and I really need to go to the toilet please let me in and he refused again. If you are going to change your opening hours that affect other parts of the station I think you should maybe state this on your website so people can then make an informed choice whether to stop there or not! I look forward to your reply.

Used the ev charge services a month or so back, payed with the Octopus card, a seemless procedure and got a coffee from the shop. I was wondering why the station is indicated as temporarily closed on Google maps?

Two mornings on the trot and still no contactless payment pad working on the electric charge points, so it sayes download the recharge app, which I did and clicked on partner cards and it doesn't let you enter the card details for our Uk fuel electric charge card that I use usually. The staff have no idea what you are talking about and can't help.

Very cheerful staff in shell festival as there is a lady use to work in the morning her name is komal as the way she serves me was fabulous as she is always smiling with a happy face , she is doing outstanding job .
