I came here at 01:35 and told guy can you please turn the petrol machine,so I will get fuel up and he rudely replied no I need to clean and wait for 10-15 mins, just want to know cleaning important or customers ?
Even he written his name on paper and gave me and he said go, give me review.

So last night I was charged £28.29 for a bottle of 70cl Bacardi??? Now everybody knows it doesn't cost that much. Yet on my receipt it says Jameson's Irish whiskey????? Didn't check receipt til I got home. So they are definitely daylight robbery. Total rip off this place. See previous reviews

This place has scammed me before (they double scan items for example). Yesterday the guy tried charging me £18 for a pizza (that was 5.55) and a couple of other bits. I demanded him scan it all again infront of me as I had walked off to get something else as he was scanning. The price came to less than £10. Be wary. The workers here are very bad. Just check your prices and watch them. Disgusting.

Rubbish customer service. The guy on days shift is RACIST, discriminatory and unprofessional. Any time of the day the PAYPOINT service is refused. Reason, it's down all day, all week, each week . There's another guy (nights) who later served me on same till without any issues. Happened about 15 times. This guy needs be sacked or monitored for above reason and being on the personal phone (on loudspeaker) whilst customers are waiting to be served. Fuel is also expensive.

Can the shell owner check if the pay point is working on 27th June around 8.30pm please. The assistant on the tills hardly serves or treats customers well. I can't understand why your paypoint is always down.

Alright for filling up but that's about it. Usually has a monkey dust user or 2 sitting on the side of the place. Prices inside are extortionate. Service station prices
