I like this store. All the staff I have been served by were very efficient are courteous. Angel, (that is her name), went above and beyond her customer service requirements.

Piss poor staff that don?t listen. I wanted to get a refund on JUST a pressure washer and they cancelled and refund for the rest of the order that I was waiting for. Not only that but Screwfix?s system is terrible as it doesn?t say there?s a cut off time for ordering for next day delivery and when I was ordering through the app it said it would be ready for the 7/5/24 but when I got the confirmation email it then changed the date to the 8/5/24. Screwfix needs to get their act together and stop screwing over their customers.

Absolutely brilliant service from Nick and Jess today. I?m a complete DIY novice and was struggling with a leaking sink, but they both gave me great advice on what I needed and were very patient considering my lack of knowledge. All on New Year?s Eve as well!
