1.25 hours to tip a full trailer where i guess they needed to check every pallet.. so i think it was fairly quick. No issues. Quite straightforward

Worst place to deliver to!! Way too much to write I?d be here all day! Bottom line unbelievably rude staff!!!! AVOID IF POSSIBLE! EDIT: 3 hours to take off 10 pallets 1 of those hours I was the only truck on the bay only to get told the warehouse guy had gone on break and still nothing taken off. My transport told me to leave and nothing ever came off. RIDICULOUS!!!

Terrible place to deliver . Security cannot understand English then told not booked in at 5am it's been changed till 7am . So got my ass out of bed at 2am for feck all .

Absolute disgrace of a place it starts from the minute you get the attitude from the gatehouse can?t believe it?s the same company as I tip Stafford quite regularly and it?s night and day compared to Stoke depot maybe they should send someone down the road and let the guys at Stafford show them how it?s done
How it takes them so long to tip is beyond me ????????
