Bank card stopped working its o k on contact less but a t m s say cannot read card, rang them up said its good Friday and on holiday, think the nationwide might be a better choice

Absoulutle joke of a bank. Been told today that I cannot deposit money into a business account over the counter. Staff were rude just wanted to chuck terms and conditions at me as they have had audits and no longer able to take the money. Joke I will be moving my buiness elsewhere

I had a job interview here and the feedback was I was rated 1 out of 5I had virtually the same interview at the Festival Park Head Office and was rated 4 out of 5. I was not offered the former and declined the latter because it is apparent they are applying double standards. You want a banking holiday in the sun. Stay in Spain.

I have been with this bank for 10 years it's a joke now they have no time for anything, months have to wait for meetings ... I do not recommend and change this bank because the service is never helpful

I don't know if this is a regular occurrence but the customer service was exemplary today. I was greeted by a chap called David who was very polite, waited a few minutes then seen by a gentleman called Mo who was very efficient and professional and dealt with my query in a short length of time. Let this be an example to other banks and building societies along the same row about how customer service should be.

Please update your opening hours online. It say open Saturday 9.30 am until 4pm. Went this morning, Saturday 14th November, shut saying it does not open Saturdays ??

Been with Santander Many Years Over 20 years easyAnd think the bank charges are High And . they Also take £10 a Month Out for Admin Fees which is £120.00 a Year is Disgusting . loyal long standing customer or any customer shouldn't be charged for admin fees but it's a good bank staff are very helpful

It's not everyday you sit down with a business banking manager and he spends most of the time trying to persuade you to give up pork just because of his own personal religious views.Shocking and very unprofessional.
