Good old days have now come to an end as from today !!! HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES YOU NOW HAVE TO BACK ON THE BAY KEYS ON THE HOOK AND WAIT FOR HOURS IN THE DRIVERS REST ROOM ...YOUR NO LONGER ALLOWED TO DETACH FROM YOUR TRAILER AND JUMP ON THE BUNK GUTTED ...SO ITS ALL BACK IN THE DRIVERS RESTROOM ...TIL TIPPED OR SHOULD I SAY SARDINE CAN WITH LIMITED SEATING AND THE NOISE FROM THE LOO not a nice drop anymore

Pathetic to keep supply drivers for 4 hours, and the toilets STINK, and no vending machine with food..... supply drivers being treated like shit..... Sainsburys need to up their game at Stoke RDC.

Can be a wait if they?re busy. You can walk around to their canteen for basic vending snacks.

Been waiting 3 and half hours to be tipped , staff are extremely rude and the communication to drivers is awful .

Hit or miss depending on how busy it is, can take 30 minutes or several hours
Can wait in your cab if you uncouple your trailer, if not you have to stay in the waiting room

Make certain that if you're making a delivery that you have a pillow, so you can get your head down. Expect a minimum turnaround of two and half hours. Eat before arrival or again, and make sure that you have something with you. Phone signal and Internet access are poor, especially if you choose to sit in the waiting room. Best option drop trailer, pull out from under, disconnect air lines, etc. Shutters CHECK ?? you've locked ? on the suzie!

To get tipped, 26 pallets of goods take them hours minimum. Staff are rude so if you go there than have minimum five hours in your hand before you go over there plus the staffs are not helpful. You have to hand over the unit key and uncoupled the trailer as well, complete waste of the time.

If 5 hours to get tipped isn?t bad enough?
You have to split the cab from the trailer lock the Suzi leads up and hand the keys in?.
How stupid do they think we are and how stupid are the staff if accident prevention has gone this far?.
The phrase ?follow your nose? must of been invented from their toilet odour and the facilities are disgraceful
The staff are as characterful as cardboard cut outs and the company I drive for the drivers think it?s a sort of punishment to be sent here to do deliveries?.
I don?t think the management could run a bath never mind a RDC after this experience?.
