Friendly staff, reasonably priced fuel, large spacious shop, Costa Express machine. Both shop and Costa machine very clean. It was a pleasure to stop at this petrol station. If I'm ever in the area again and need fuel, I will be calling in.

Went to put air in tyres, had to use my card for this machine, which is ridiculous to pay 50 pence for! Didn't work properly ,so went into shop to ask about, and staff didn't want to know, told to check my bank for 50 pence! Shocking customer service!

We usually go to here for fuel because of the price and it's not very often you can't get straight onto a pump.

06/03/20 The staff member at the Indian Takeaway (inside) was quite rude. She needs to learn and practice good customer service.

After doing some work in the area, I called in this branch of Sainsbury's in the centre of Stoke, one of the 6 towns in Stoke on-Trent, yet this store carries the Stoke on-Trent title. The store is a little small, and isn't the greatest example of large, modern Sainsbury's, such as other branches I have seen such as at Heaton Park, Oldham and Blackpool. I did come here at around 4-5pm on a Thursday afternoon, it wasn't too busy, the staff didn't seem too friendly for example the toilet attendant took a rather long time to clean the toilet, despite obviously hearing me knocking and knowing I was there, he made no attempt to let me know he was there either. I was beginning to suspect it was just a locked toilet. The car park is quite nice and a decent size, it is one of the better places to park in Stoke centre too, as a non-local I parked in the civic centre and ended up paying £2 which was rather ridiculous for under an hour. The overall selection was okay, it wasn't anything fantastic to stand out, so overall this store was just okay, average and maybe below that so sadly deserves just two stars.

this is a nice sized sainsburys and also has a very reasonably priced cafe. itens in store are more costly than other supermarkets however their own branded items are better qualitly than the asda and tesco counter parts. parking is ample but i seem to remember its on a pay and display which is refunded in store
