Was struggling to get a medication from any of the pharmacy's in Stone or Stafford. Rang these guys up and the pharmacist was helpful and courteous; ordered the item in for next day delivery and took my number to call me when it arrived.

Excellent service and very friendly staffMy GP?s practice in Kent sent Trentham Pharmacy a prescription for me I phoned to check prescription was received and they had stockAs on a narrow boat and walking with crutches did not want to walk the 1/2mile each way without confrontationA very friendly lady assured me they had both the prescription and pillsThank you Trentham Pharmacy

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. A lowered kerb to the raised section of land to the front of the shop would make access easier for the disabled.

They don?t answer the phone? Is their any point in having one? You turn up their and the prescription isn?t ready. Wasted travel time when all they had to do was pick up the phone.
