Not great for security ?. I lost goods worthy of £80 inside the Primark which I bought in there. They refused to refund me, claiming there was no evidence ? shocking!!! Due to the luck of their security camera on the front desk (checkout) they couldn't due anything. This was last year and am still not overly impressed with the service...

don?t want to sound like a karen but i?m completely valid for this. i wanted to buy some black tights and some underwear alongside with some other items aswell. i went to pay and the lady that served me was scanning my items looking at every single thing i was buying and she said ?where are you going with these?? as she was holding my tights and underwear staring at me as if i was trying to dress in an inappropriate way. i thought that the comment was so unnecessary as what i?m buying is literally none of your business. i laughed it off as i thought it was just a joke and she didn?t even laugh back or say bye to me. extremely rude, even people who work in shops like victoria secret wouldn?t judge you on what you are buying. i don?t mind small talk or no talk at all when it comes to paying for items but comments like that are so rude. please sort your staff out! why do they think it?s okay to try and embarrass someone over some basic necessities which you need day to day. let people buy what they want without having to feel like they can?t because of an inappropriate comment. retail really isn?t the right type of job for you if you?re slating your own customers even if you?re having ?a bad day? it?s no excuse?

Very horrible service in this store, called up to asked for an item the lady answered and said she?s connecting me, I got disconnected which it wasn?t she put the phone down called back around 5 times and she just picked the phone up and connected it without saying a word knowing no one?s picking up the call. Very horrible human I can?t believe people like this working with people. Primark have the laziest people working with them, some of they you will go in store asking for help they will go and not come back. They need to have somewhere to report these people. Why going to work if you don?t want to work? I don?t understand this place that doesn?t take work seriously.

A pleasant shopping experience, offering most of what one would want from this type of outlet. Usually a fair number of shoppers present without giving the feeling of being too busy or overcrowded. An important and much needed retail outlet for this area.
