Staff are wonderful. I've seen people being rude to them, and it's just so wrong. They are always so busy and treat everyone with respect. No one deserves abuse from any customer. It's mostly people who can't speak English and then be rude to the staff trying to help them. I always use this post office and the staff go out their way to help. Thank you to all the post office staff. Wish you all a merry Christmas ? ? ??

Staff are rude.No hello just point to the counter to drop the letter down. Chucks it from 2 meters away into the bag, no respect for people items. No thank you and no goodbye. In the wrong job

0 if I could. They are always, always late and awfully rude. This morning the guy arrived 9am. They were about 10 people waiting and they all said that he is always late, like 15 min or more. I experience it myself but there were people that were visiting often enough, so they know. He never opens on time. When he arrived, in slow pace, he used the most common excuse: traffic due to accident. I dared argue with him and he shouted at me: you need to find another post office - ha - he also didn't allow me to go in and he raised his voice to me. I was furious and I shouted back. He said "I don't care what people said".. The people that they are paying for your service and you don't care?????????????? He slammed the door right to my face, he almost hurt me. Why are we allowing this? Old people were waiting, people that need to be at work were waiting. We don't speak up and when we finally do, it is like it is our fault that we dare questioning a faulty service. Disgusted....

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff in Tunstall post office especially Presley who went above and beyond to help me when I had to take my works post in daily.Thank you Presley for all your help in helping me to rearrange collection from my work so that I didn't have to keep dropping all our post to you.You did not have to do anything but knowing I was having problems to rearrange the post you went out of your way to help.Thank you so much I will never forget what you have done xx

Needed an item shipped to the USA that I had received for Christmas and needed to get it back home. Had nothing but the run around from UPS so decided to try the post office. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. Excellent service all around. Thank You!!

Use this post office everyday for business and personal related issues.NEVER had an issue and the service from Sally and her team is always efficient, polite and top draw.I have used many other Post offices but this is by far the best service from any in the surrounding area.Long may it continue.....thank you Chris and co.
