On 5 separate occasions, this post office has claimed not to find the parcel that I was there to pick up. I am not exaggerating. On every single occasion they have found the parcel, looking just a little bit harder.On one of the occasions, I was even sent to the main local depot that is far away by the train station, where they also couldn?t find the parcel, simply because it was HERE all along. The man with the big beard in there didn?t even bother to check at that instance, he just made up his mind the parcel wasn?t there.On another of the occasions, it ended in a nasty discussion, which - guess what - it was me as the customer who was at fault according to them. They still found the parcel looking a bit harder - still my fault apparently.Showing the email that confirms that the parcel indeed should there didn?t help.If you value yourself, send your parcel to a different post office. Just go somewhere else. Anywhere else.Do you really want to risk not getting your parcels?

Amazing service by tash! We a little late after closing and still was willing to look after us. Beard was also fresh and on fleek ;)

Absolutely dreadful! One person working on the till while the other one speaks on the phone. Horrific customer service. First time they sent me to pick up my parcel in the Stoke depot while it was there the whole time. Cashiers look down on you and speak in a patronising manner especially if you are a woman. The person couldn?t locate my parcel that was in one of the drawers and he asked me to return to the huge queue AGAIN! Surprise, quelle surprise my parcel was there!

Useless, counter staff had to keep going off the ask the managers advice which I understand but as that the manager had no experience it was hard to make any progress

Visited today to carry out my driving license renewal, check the website before I left to confirm this service was offered here only to get to the branch to be told they don?t offer that service. A wasted journey and the cost of parking at the centre. Not impressed it surely in this day an age be to difficult to maintain information about services offered.

As it is my local Post Office, I am a frequent visitor and have been for a number of years. I go to to this branch at least 1-2 times a week. Over the last 6 months or so there has been a significant amount of progress. I am really pleased to see this. The queue is much shorter and customers are dealt with promptly. The staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. I would say the hold up is now due to customers lack of preparation and not having what they need with them or not being clear on what service they would like. Overall, I am really happy with the service and recent improvements.

Max 1 serving. Queues of 20+ people frequently. Hire more people!!!!Edit Jan '23. Much better. Though joining a queue of 7, it took about 5 mins to be served. New staff, nice n respectful, 2 desks open so fluid. Keep it up and extend to 3 when possible please, especially at busier times/days.

Saturday morning 10.20am,a problem has arised with a package sent to our son in Vienna,delivery was not completed because of missing customs declaration.After some investigation the couner staff found and adressed the issue.I was completed satisfied with the cosiderate and helpful staff and the manner they dealt with this issue.5 Gold Stars for excellent service,good manners and promptness.Well done.

Went in to renew my photocard driving licence which can be over the counter but was told "Our tablet is only working sporadically". I was then handed a form to apply myself, I shall be going to another branch to get it done, useless!

Over 19 people in the queue, post office stuff left open only one till. Long waiting time, seems stuff don?t care about.Use to be one the best now one the worse, avoid.

No staff, one most times, two at a push and there is 6 desks! The lines are sometimes 20 deep, sort yourselves out you wasters!!!
