bought a used phone for £90 locked to vodafone he then said he can unlock to any network for £100 extra which i wasn't falling for as i have unlocked many phones for free in the past. so be carefull not getting ripped of in this shop

Absolutely terrible service, took in 3 phones for a pre booked repair, I was told to leave them for 2 hours, 90 mins later they told me another 2-3 hours and the phone they had repaired had the wrong colour back installed, and the back is coming away, when trying to address the issues the staff could not care less, avoid atall cost, I am reporting to trading standards

UPDATE!!My "New" phone screen has separated from the main frame of my phone. I've had to tape the screen onto my phone to continue using it. Additionally, had to order a new phone. If I need repairs I will go elsewhere in future. Pretty sure new phone screen aren't supposed to come off on its own. ???.Broke my phone last month. Went in and asked for a new screen. Bloke was running around while talking to the lady working with him the whole time. Seemed arrogant and pushy. Asked for £10 deposit and told to go a few days later. On the day I went in I was told to drop my phone off and go back half hour to 45 minutes later. Picked up my phone. He handed it to me and seemed annoyed, proceeded to riffle through stuff asking which phone case was mine. Eventually got it from him. I had to pay the other £50 for the screen fix. Then walked out. Went to check my phone only to find that he'd put taped all round my phone and the new screen. Was a bit confused and annoyed as it looked hideous. A friend of mine went to ask why he'd taped my phone. His response was that the tape needs to stay on for 3-4 hours so the glue would stick. Then peel off the tape. I was not told this when I picked the phone up. Next day I noticed there is a line on my screen which isn't on the glass but under it. (display). I ignored it as not a big deal. Now for the past few weeks I've been having issues with the battery.. I would use my phone till its 20 %, then it would go from 20 to 1% in less than 5 minutes which isn't normal. On the other hand I would charge it and when I take it off charge it would be stuck on the same number whether I was on it 5 minutes to 5 hours which meant I've had to constantly keep restarting my phone to get it working again. I won't be using the phone village again. I haven't taken my phone back since I felt intimidated the first time I went. Xx

Came to this place to get my phone fixed not for the torch to come back not working and the antenna band all cut into if the guy would have told us this I wouldn?t be writing this review and considering I paid 60 £ for the back glass on my iPhone 13 it?s not that good that it?s come back broken again he didn?t even knock any of the original price for the inconvenience that we had to wait 5 days for it to be repaired despite him saying we would get it back same day I certainly don?t recommend if you don?t want you phone to be broke

Absolute con man puts cheap screens in 5 times I?ve been to the shop Keeps fobbing you off.I am on my second screen the first one was just blurred fair enough he changed it the 2nd one just keeps locking upBeen back the shop he says it?s working now after he reset the on off switch bring it back if it happens againWished I had read previous reviews

Got my screen repaired here in December 2022 for my iPhone 13 but ever since I have had it done, my phone over heats and turns itself off. My phone was newly bought at the time from Tesco and it got smashed so I took it here only and now it over heats

Dad 85, bought a "new" tablet from here. Paid £199. The first time he came to charge it, after 2 days it still wasnt charged. Returned it to the shop and spoke to someone name Khalid who said that is manager Ibrahim would have to check it. when he was back the next day. I left the tablet with them and was promised a phone call the next day after 10am. No call came so I called them and was told it was still being tested and they would call back that night. Again, no call. I called them myself this morning and asked to speak to Ibrahim, I was told he wasnt there (a lie, it was Ibrahim speaking) was told that it needs to be sent away and it will take at least 2 weeks. Needless to say dont recommend.

Went in for a 3.5mm audio jack lead for my phone. The first one I was sold was a sloppy fit so I asked to see another one which was better and bought this aswell thinking they would refund me for the first one.Wrong. When I asked him to return the first one he got all shirty and started shouting saying why buy in first place. Disgusting service and no receipt when you ask for one.
