Very helpful staff, they'll lead you around the store to where you need to be. Prices are fine. Reptile section is small but has everything you absolutely need, although they could do with stocking more niche live food and reptile harnesses.

I went into Pets at home Springfield Park Trentvale on the 30th June at 7.50pm. I desperately needed a cool pad for my dog who was struggling with his breathing due to hot weather. I can't praise the staff enough. They were due to close, but were patient and kind enough to help me with my request. Aaron was especially helpful and kind at the till. My dog loves the mat and its helped him to cool down and calm his breathing. Thank you again. ?

We have 3 local pets at home branches but I enjoy going this particular branch as the layout is super easy to navigate and the C&C is near the door making my anxieties a lot easier!
