TWO HOURS FOR TWO PIZZAS????
Placed my order at 7:17, called at 7:52 because the tracker was still on the first step, was told it was actually in the oven. Called again at 8:21 and was told they were making it, when I mentioned that half an hour ago I was told it was in the oven they then told me the app had crashed (what?s that got to do with anything?). At 9:08 the app said my food had been delivered, I waited a few minute to see if it turned up but didn?t, so called again at 9:14 when u was told that they were remaking it and it would be ?10-15 minutes.? Just constant lies.
The food is nice but waiting over 2 hours to get two pizzas is just ridiculous.

If I could give no stars I would. I tried to order online and couldn't so I rang in store and they hung up on me when I was trying to explain my order. I rang again and was told to "go away" because they couldn't serve what I wanted. I again explained the order and they hung up on me again. They are rude and it was unnecessary.

Horrendous. Do not order from this place. Paid £26 for food via deliveroo. 2 hours later no sign of it. Multiple calls attempted to this place but no answer. Contacted deliveroo for a refund and they refused. We have paid and received nothing.

I ordered a pizza on Deliveroo and it didn't come. After an hour of making the order I began to call them 12 times and no one answered the phone. The next day I called again 9 times no one answered.
Began speaking with Deliveroo customer service, they said papa John's refused the refund. Had to then speak with a manager at Deliveroo they said they couldn't get in contact with the restaurant so the manager approved my refund.
