I ordered a half and half pizza with hot pepper passion and chicken fajita. The chicken fajita was fine however the hot pepper passion came with beef on it (the pizza was labelled vegetarian.) We called them to file a complaint about this as it is against our religion to eat beef. The staff were very rude towards us and hung up the phone when we tried to sort the matter out. This behaviour was disgraceful as they don?t take care of what they put in their food and it is obvious they don?t have good work ethics.

Ordered, waited an hour , they then canceled the order due to being out of garlic sauce pots instead of just substituting or ringing . So I re-order without the sauce pots , 30 mins later they cancel again because they are out of pizza...... pizza....... PIZZA. So there we go this pizza shop doesn't stock pizza and will take close to two hours to tell you this after accepting your order twice.

Ordered a pizza a side and a Ben and jerrys however the Ben and jerrys never turned up and when we rang the restaurant he said it must of been the driver and not to worry because next time we ordered we would receive 2 no refund

Manager is very unprofessional and will resort to insults. Pretends not to understand what you're saying and says the delivery is nothing to do with him

Proper Cons.
I either received a baseless pizza or the Ranch spiced TABASCO base is completely bland and tasteless. Either way it was like it didn't exist.
I received only 3 small chicken poppers on a whole large pizza. 7 of the 10 slices had no chicken. Super stingy.
Massively disappointing and overpriced, even with 50% discount.
I won't be risking another purchase a here.

I asked if they did pizza. They said no. I am very disappointed in this, as it is quite literally in the name that they do pizza. This is an example of terrible service.

Great pizza and great sauces. But only reason for the three stars is, I have an egg allergies and the staff know nothing about alergines. They need to know this as can seriously hurt me or worse kill someone else. Great pizza but staff HAVE to be trained

Ordered three pizzas, one for my husband, one for myself, and one for our son and hour and 20 minutes later still no pizza. Each time we Ring they say the pizza is on its way. We are literally 10-15 minutes max away. Staff member very apologetic, however not good enough. Son has been asking for pizza it?s now 8pm I have told them I do not trust what they?re saying for all I know the delivery guy still at the depot! I am now fixing something for my son to eat, so he can go to bed. Very poor service. Will be thinking twice before I use this particular service again.

Vegetarian options: Pretty good. Would love to see more vegan options
Parking: Atleast you can actually park somewhere to get it.
