The guy who runs the place is brilliant offered to come out to double check measurements and did all rooms for a set price. Turned up as well unlike another carpet shop on the same street.

Very disappointed with Norris carpets, took my Nan down today to look for some carpet for her, having checked the opening times before hand got there at 11.30 as it said it opened at 11am and it was closed we hung around for 10mins then left another couple and a lady on her own also turned up, so unfortunately they have missed out on 3 possible sales.
