I have been ringing them to book an appointment for past 3 daysEvery time you ring them you have to listen to the one minute auto recording before you it asks you press 1 or 2 (you cannot skip that message)And than after listening to that auto message it says sorry all line are busy please try againg later.And i have been ringing and listening to that message for past 45 minuts today and still no answer and when someone will anwer they will say all slot have been booked for today. Try again tomorrow .WHAT A #### SERVICE

No help cancel my appointment n can't get another one till new year not even with a doctor with a nurse, my pill runs out on 29th no offer off doing a repeat prescription looking at doctor surgery's elsewhere

You start ringing at 8.30am and never get through, by the time you do no appointmemts left. You can't even go in surgery and get an appointment. This place is in shambles. When you pre book its always 2 weeks waiting.Terrible setup at this surgery. Not helpful at all

For an appointment the staff insist you must call at 8:30am for an appointment, however phone lines are always full and will not even allow you into the queue.For somebody who needs regular checkups due to lifelong medical conditions, or people who need regular medication reviews, this surgery is an un-needed nuisance at best and at worst, life threatening.Please invest in your switchboard to account of the number of patients you wish to call at the exact same time.

Terrible. Do not register here when moving to the area.All patients are asked to call at 8.30am for any kind of apointment, with no switchboard capable of handling this many calls, you are highly unlikely to ever get an appointment.

I moved to this surgery a couple of years ago, really pleased and happy with the service they deliver, very efficient and Dr A Hussain always is very caring and attentive to my needs. Excellent surgery thank you

Absolutely useless.The insistence on having every single patient try to call at once at 8:30am to have any hope of getting an appointment would be annoying but workable IF the practice had chosen to invest some of their profits into more reception staff and a switchboard that could handle that many calls.Instead, trying to get an appointment consists of listening to a 45 second long welcome message, followed by ?press 1 for an appointment? followed by ?sorry, all lines are busy? over and over again for about 30mins, after which all appointments are gone.

Garbage! Couldn?t fault the place 8 months ago, now they?ve combined with other surgeries and you can?t get an appointment with a decent GP even though you?re supposed to have a designated GP that they gave you previously. Saw one GP from one of the combined surgeries who couldn?t even be bothered and I felt like I?d have had better service from the chair he was sitting in.You are cut off when trying to get an on the day appointment, when you finally get through, you?re on hold for around 90 minutes.When I asked why they had combined, I was told, ?it?s to give a better patient experience?, absolute nonsense, I don?t know anyone that doesn?t think it?s now rubbish. The real reason is more money for the practice at the patient?s expense.

It's a good place for a GP. The employees and doctors are very kind and attentious with you, they really care about your health.
