I been to longton (st3) next to collect my online order. The guy who served me is really polite and helpful.he had a big smile on his face. ( I am sorry I don't know his name. He is a tall young guy who worked on 11/05/25 at 5:15pm.) Thank you so much for your great service. We don't see this kind of good service nowadays. Thanks again.

In need of a revamp, much like the area that it is in... and the coffee shop is 'tired'....
Not impressed and will only use Festival Park, when in the Stoke/Newcastle area.

I bought a pair of jeans for my partner from the Festival Park store, they ripped within the first use so returned them to the Longton Store (as I had been turned away at festival park because it was browsing hours and I was in the area) I returned them to the Longton Store, which I've picked up today, taken them home to find they're not the right pair of jeans and also cheaper than the ones I originally purchased! A complete waste of my time as I will now have to go back to store to resolve this. I have been on hold for almost half an hour trying to get through to customer service!

Unforrunately I have to leave a bad review. Suit shopping and they have complimentary white shirts to wear. They are filthy. And I mean filthy. I started to put 1 over my existing top and the BO made me feel physically sick. Took it straight off and it left my own top stinking. Had to drive home and change. Do not offer a service when you have no standards of cleanliness. Not only did you miss out on 1 purchase. I am after 5 suits. I will not be back

Big car park just outside, lovely clothes, ££. Can pick up and collect. Costa coffee upstairs. Friendly staff. I just wished they could do bigger sizes to try on as if your plus size you have to order everything which then makes it two trips to the shop or pay for delivery and collection .

Very friendly staff always on hand to help you, I was in store twice this week and Tamsine helped me to pick and order 4 men?s suits online.Went back to order another 2 men?s suits Louise and Mary helped to pick them and order.

Collected part of an order on Monday 13th Jan rest of order should have been available from Wednesday 15th January, both from Longton Stoke on Trent. Ordering from Festival Park was a pleasure, very friendly helpful girl. Unfortunately my Longton experience very different. Man who gave me my order on the 13th, very miserable obviously didn?t want to be there. The part of the order which should have been available 15th Jan got lost in the system. Lady on phone arranged for a stock item to be left for collection today19th Jan from Men?s dept. No staff serving in men?s dept! One poor girl serving both homeware and men?s and trying to order furniture for another customer, called for help twice, none came! After waiting 10 minutes went downstairs to find someone myself. Young lad came up read my text message and my receipt, after explaining what they said, as he didn?t understand!! He fetched the item then tried to charge me again and for a bag! I know it?s not there fault there is not enough staff but I feel that the service was really not good enough. Service poor more help needed, too much expectedly of young inexperienced staff !
