Absolutely disgusting! Spent quite alot of money in this shop on Sunday, buying family holiday clothes. When I arrived home , I tried my sons footwear on....the hanger stated size 13...they were in fact only a size 9!
They were on the wrong hanger!. I returned them the following day with my receipt. They were changed but the assistant was so rude and abrupt as if it was my fault.
Do you not put your staff through customer service training when they join your company? This is now the 2nd time this has happened to me in two different next shops.
It puts you off shopping there.

Went to next festival park Stoke-on-Trent tonight around 7.o clock couldn't find what I was looking for so went to the guy at the checkout in the ladies department to ask where something was, he was so rude and told be he was dealing with something else and therefore didn't even let me ask what I was looking for.so I walked out of the shop without buying all the other things Id gone in for I think this guy is in the wrong job if that's how he reacts to customers and actually needs reporting to head office

Great big store to buy clothes home furnishings and other items. Customer service always good and easy to return goods via a machine. Large car park.

Great service from Next again.We bought 2 new sofas helped by Kim our sales lady.Kim was very helpful and pleasant.Delievery for sofas was to our dates (3 weeks) but could have had them delivered within a few days.
Delivery to our home was first class by to pleasant men.These are our second 2 sofas from Next,first was 10 years earlier.Frame and fabric excellent quality.

I ordered a pair of slippers for collection to this store, they were due to arrive 16th Nov. Checked the online portal, no delivery update. The lady who I spoke to was super helpful, she reordered for delivery to my house. I've waited a further week and still no delivery updates. I've since been in store and there's several of the item I have been trying to get! Not recommended for home delivery or collection???

A very laid out store, in all departments, combined with affable staff.
Next clothes, in my opinion, are good quality, for reasonable prices and both I and my partner use this store regularly.....and usually complete our visit with a coffee at the instore Costa, where we are known to the friendly and reliable staff.
Well! Done, to the store manager....Your store is far more interesting, colourful and diverse tham M&S, that I have used previously.

Called up in a panic because I needed a specific suit that wasn't on the website anymore.
Spoke to an incredibly helpful woman called Liz.
She checked the sale section for me, found the jacket in the right size and put it to one side for me.

Needed a dress for a wedding, great the sale was on but very limited section of dresses out on the floor, Jess was a godsend, asked what styles and colours I preferred and went in the storeroom to get me a selection ? she proceeded to help me with the whole outfit, excellent customer service, I left fully kitted out thx to Jess T, many thanks Jess u are a joy ?

Unfortunately Festival car park is managed by euro car parking, who have installed cameras. Car park is open 7am to 11pm outside of those hours expect a fine. So be aware when going to the Next sale which normally starts 6am. I doubt if any allowance will be made

I had a bit of a "funny turn" when my Parkinson's disease pills decided they were not going to work. I received brilliant warm compassionate response from all staff, which considering I wasn't even a customer was far better than I expected. Pam and Chloe you are lifesavers.
