“I had a brilliant experience at EE's shop in the Potteries Centre, Hanley (Stoke). Despite it being literally the last hours just before Christmas Eve evening, Natalie, the store manager, gave me absolutely fantastic customer service. She was friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I wasn't in the store to make a large purchase or even take out a contract on a phone. I'd had some teething problems with my new eSim and Natalie really gave me excellent advice and support. She gave me her time and undivided attention and was also able to suggest innovative solutions to a number of issues I was having with my new (non-EE) mobile. Her other colleague in the store was also very helpful and friendly. Natalie's welcoming and enthusiastic approach to customer service at the end of what must have been a very long pre-Christmas shopping season was a total breath of fresh air and a truly exceptional demonstration of how it's done. Top marks to Natalie and her team for delivering and adding some extra Christmas cheer just when it was needed most!”
“I've had issues with my Galaxy S21 for a while now and after taking it to several high Street shops to fix it, I was recommended to get in touch with Samsung. My closest store was Newcastle (Stoke). I expected to meet resistance with an operator on the phone who would not be interested in helping me, it was totally the opposite, Maddie was as friendly and helpful on the phone as she was in person! Communication was always frequent, and if I did need any further assistance, Owen was always quick to reply and resolve any issues!Hopefully, I don't need to return soon, but if I do I can be confident in their service!!”
