A great experience for travel vaccines. We've been to a lot of travel clinics / pharmacies in the past and this was the best service we've received. Informative, on time, kind and all for a competitive price.

Took my mum for a covid vaccine. Counter staff were OK but not overly pleasant. However, my mum said that the staff member who gave the vaccination was so unpleasant and miserable. It was impossible to make any conversation and she was shouting the next person before my mum had put her coat back on. Not the ideal person for this role!

I went for the flu vaccine as I had a appointment for the covid vaccine at smallthorne as I don't have transport it was not easy my son had taken a day off work to take me the lovely nurse their gave me both fabulous service thank you

Very rude staff! Not friendly. Especially when it comes to children in the pharmacy DISGUSTING attitude from the old lady with grey hair in a ponytail. Wants to talk about a customer make sure they can't hear you.

I fortunately only have to nip in every two months but end up waiting whilst the single member of staff seems to be always trying to track down where something has been placed. Others pottering around whilst the customers wait to be served. This cannot be a coincidence surely , I think they need to polish up their systems.

Made a mistake with my prescription multiple times and my farthers and mothers and tried blaming it on me when it was a fault on their end i mean you need to know youve got a problem when i didnt even have to tell my doctors which pharmacy messed up...

Booked my Covid vacation online and was offered a number of appointments a few days ahead. You will find a place to park on the side streets. I arrived early to the appointment and was seen immediately. I was asked a number of questions and a form was completed. I then went to an enclosed area where the injection was given. The whole process only took under 5 minutes. The process was quick and efficient.

Not one to complain at all.. However, we have just "Nipped" into Milton Pharmacy for only the second time to assist an elderly relative in collecting their Prescription. 30 minute wait the first visit and OVER 30 mins wait again today.. only at the end to be asked "Who's are you waiting for again?" ?????

I'm really impressed ?by the staff of Milton pharmacy. You guys are brilliant ? and providing such a great service to your customers. Today by chance I went to pick up my prescription from them because I was that side normally I go my local chemist and they made me surprised ? as I did observe them and I felt they are so good ? and happy to serve their customers. I want to say them bundle of thanks ??.
