Would give a 0 if possible. The receptionist attitude is absolutely disgusting. Trying to find out results to tests and I get met with a crappy attitude stating I've not waited long enough for my results. And then asking about a referral to be met with "yeah can take months not really an emergency is it?" I didn't realise... read full comment

Juat had a great experience of service. From the receptionist and bloods test ladies x3.Very welcoming. Quick service. And went out of thier way to fit me in.

Waited 45 minutes for an appointment to be told I don’t have one after receiving a text to show I did. Receptionist has an attitude problem and is vile.
