Do not order a McDelivery from here unless you want to wait well over an hour for some stone cold, rubbery food to put straight in the bin and have absolutely no way of claiming a refund or even reviewing the place on the app to make others aware.

Waited a good ten minutes for order got home opened up the bags and they hadn't put the 9 nuggets in the bag that I ordered. That's not 1st time this has happened

Chips were old and dry and cold and chicken select was old one piece was black colour very disappointed it?s not like I had McDonald?s for the first time couldn?t enjoy my order this time :(

Went through the drive-through. Had to park up and wait. Meal arrived. Drove home 5 minutes. Chips stone cold. Big macs barely warm. Had to microwave them. Tasted awful. Never again.

Got breakfast inside. Waited over 20 mins, while watching deliveroo orders come and go (they seem to prioritise them?). When it was finally ready the staff handed it over with a ?here you go? (no apology for being so slow). It wasn?t even busy! On top of that, we had two coffees, and the staff left the lids on loosely. As soon as I sat in the car, they went all over me.

Takes ten minutes to prepare 4 chicken nuggets not even at peak time. If this was a one off I would accept it, however it has happened on numerous occasions. Terrible !! Do not eat here

Ordered food for collection. Absolutely no one on the front desk. Only someone dealing with delivery drivers. Waited 15 minutes, then decided to give up. Walked out without any food. And was still charged for the privilege. Will never use a mc Donald's again.
