Cold food that took forever to come. So rushed that they don't even bother closing happy meal boxes and just stack them on top of each other. Not cheap enough anymore to justify how bad and slow it is.

Shocking shocking. Drive threw waited 25 min after 15 min Ferring served went inside to collect my order as I had drank my hot drink by then while I was sitting in my cold car waisting petrol ...get home which is 2 mins away in car . My burger is stone cold chips aired and full of salt that they stinged my lips ..way to much ..never have I once had a warm burger from there but this time it's stone cold

Probably the worst McDonalds in stoke on trent. If you eat in side it?s cold and tables are dirty, the staff are barely able , there?s a clear lack of training and management. My recent drive through experience was laughable. The girl taking the order got the order wrong five times ( it was like the scene from dude car where my car ) . It was only 2 happy meals and a burger. Then the guy at the next window just kept saying to people park up . There was five people waiting on the carpark not a one of us got food . We all individually went in to collect it.Lol joke

3rd time in a row going through the drive thru and having to part up for at least 10mins.. thought the whole point was to be a quick service. Food isnt warm by time it comes out..could understand if the order was big but it isnt. Salt the chips like you used to aswel
