Had a big order food arrived cold and missing a bbq ranch burger , the driver came shouting abuse because somehow there was no door number on his phone he also said he text me but the number he showed me was not my number , I won?t be ordering from here again

Nice meal but order came to table missing key items. Had to chase around staff to get correction. The customer facing staff in the restaurant were very miserable didn't speak and were mot pleasant which was a shame as the cleanliness and quality was spot on.

After finally reaching the speaker, I nearly jumped out of my skin when the lady asked me what I wanted to order. The speaker was loud enough for people inside Tesco to hear across the road. I ordered two double cheeseburgers with no pickles or tomato sauce. What I got was a burger with no cheese, pickles, or sauce. Well done with that order, I'm sure.

Like many others in sheer desperation, I made my way from the North end of the city all the way down to Meir for a McDonald's that advertises itself as '24 hours', however, upon arriving?we discovered cones put at the entrance to the Drive Thru stating they were 'still open' yet we couldn't enter the store as the door was closed. It said it was due to a 'technical issue' as always that caused orders to not be placed yet there were workers inside cleaning. The park and deliver option was also unavailable. They are liars.

Walked in in morning staff couldn't be bothered to serve consantraing on drive trough when I got a members of staff attention the manager was rude , then she took my order it came and was given me on a tray no sweetners was offered , it was a take away , this was yet another effort for the staff , RUBBISH customer service if it was that

Meals were put together with no care. No coffee available. Hairs were free with the burgers though.

Easily the WORST McDonald?s in the city. Hate coming to this one. I was asked to park up, waited 30mins, I then walked in to get it and the food was freezing cold and the drinks hadn?t been made yet. I ended up just walking off because it?s every time. If I had a just eats jacket on, I guarantee I?d of been served and sorted within 10mins.

Got told to park up after I paid, drove less than 1 mile home and food was stone cold. You?d think after waiting 15 mins in the car park the food would be hot. Place has gone downhill ??
