Everytime we come here they make a mess of the order, something missing or cold or wrong drink etc. We come to collect a couple of big mac meals and they only put 1 in the bag and made out like they duplicated the order we had to contact complaints to get it resolved at head office . The next time we have ordered on the app for collection and they haven't bothered bringing it to the collection point so it's been sat on the side 20 mins until we went in to collect and asked them, they just apologised ad we asked them to re do the order as it was cold.... Ridiculous. Unless you work for uber eats or deliveroo you've got no chance.

Absolutely disgusting 20 cold nuggets with no sauces missing items aswell for 5th time staff really need to be checking orders before delivery I rang the store again and they do have the sauces for such a large company known worldwide U would think getting this part right would be standard will not be using this franchise ever again 1star was too good for these avoid at all costs

How long does it take a McDonald?s worker to grab an order? Good question. After much research at Chester McDonald?s we can see that at a minimum 20 minutes. Surely customers in store must come as first priority but not when it comes to delivery drivers. 20 minutes my food sat under the heat lamp. Eventually the worker chose to bag up the food after another customer asked where there food was as they had been waiting 30 minutes. Now I wouldn?t be that fussed considering there was less employees than usual but when you mess up the order after that long. How just how. The only redeemable aspect of this McDonald?s is the breakfast. Also enjoyed a lovely cold meal after 20 mins of waiting ?

I Love a mcdonalds, grimace shake is amazing btw, but since they took on uber eats the service has gone rubbish, takes ages for food, staff in kitchens ignore you its basically they prioritise delivery of those actually got off their arse to go get food

Ashamed to say I came here again after coming here a year ago when the nuggets were cold and hard. This time they really spoilt me with lukewarm hard nuggets and chips, no straw (need 2 anyway as they always disintegrate) and a half-filled McFlurry. This was after they informed me that I hadn't paid (it was pending on my credit card) and told me to wait at the end window. Had to drive around twice and it took half an hour to get my food.
I was too tired after a hard day's work to go in and activate Karen mode but I will be emailing McDonald's and filing a complaint like a true queen. It really is surprising how this branch stays in business when you see how poorly it fares against its neighbouring branches.
