Sat in bay 2 for 10 minutes without any response for a worker just to a 20 minute wait in the car park to wait for our food. The hash browns were served uncooked and rock solid.

Me and my girlfriend go to this maccies quite often as its the closest to us, every time we go everything gets progressively worse including the food getting colder each time we go and the milkshakes get warmer, they forget more food in the order every time, and whilst waiting 20 minutes for food that takes any other maccies 5 minutes to make maximum, everyone inside is speaking a completely different language and when you get served on the kitchen part of the drive thru you are lucky to get more than a ?here you go? and food forced to you.

Even staff doesn't know where your food is. When you already get the food, it's cold and untasty

I've been going here quite a bit in the drive-thru. Recently, they've been getting slower. Tonight, I was asked to 'park up' after my order was paid for. I drove to the 'parking up' spaces around the corner from the payment and food collection windows. Two other cars there, so no spaces. So I had to park in the main parking area. Ten minutes later, no food. I went in and got a refund. I had watched the guy in the luminous jacket go from car to car trying to find out whose order was whose. If they were speedier at cooking and preparing meals, this wouldn't happen. McDonalds used to be fast food, but not anymore. It seems like their priority is dealing with online delivery orders rather than being efficient for people who are actually at the restaurant.

We popped in for breakfast with 3 young children, I wanted to thank Julie who was working this morning, she went out of her way to be kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The best experience we've ever had in a mcdonalds!

We order from this McDonald?s as it is the closest one to us however every time there is always missing food items and the food is stone cold, chips are always horrible and rock hard. When we try to use the app to explain we?ve had missing items the app doesn?t work!
