BEWARE. Parking restrictions not long enough to enjoy your meal. I was fined, I complained to the restaurant and received a generic halfhearted response. I wouldn?t bother going here.
Also, they seem to be unable to get orders correct, even using the app, when it?s in black and white in front of them. Particularly frustrating when someone has wheat intolerance.
Parking: AVOID! ParkingEye in operation and restaurant will not help you

The best bad McDonald?s that I visited on my life! All foods was cold and all the staff was very rude! They close the toilet and the chairs from 22:00!

I just arrived in these Mc Donald's the time is 22.29 they don't let me eat in a table as they said only take away that time....I asked what time they were closing and their answer was 11:00....

order number 165- the girl on the tanoy was really rude she needs her attitude sorting out. Couldn?t order half the things we wanted. Had to wait for our food order which was freezing cold and had food missing. Was the worst maccies we have ever had

Very busy no tables

The parking is ridiculous. Took an 84 year old lady that had a stroke in July. She fancied a maccy d's so took her. We had to wait 10 to 15 mins for our order. By the time she had ate it and I walked her back to the car. We were 13mins over the hour and half allocated. So now have to pay £60 fine. Well maccy d's all I can say is you have now lost a family's custom. I contested it but because I had no proof they refused. Bloody disgusting. There loss now my grandkids love going there to. But no more.

Customer service is shocking! Our order had a cheeseburger which wasn't ours and we were missing a triple cheeseburger and 9 chicken nuggets. When we took it back he queried it with a right arsy tone then slammed our triple cheese burger in my husbands hand. I then went back because other items were missing from our order and he tutted and rolled his eyes. I asked for an apology for the service he provided and he grumbled "apologies" again with a tone I was not happy with!
Food is not hot enough!

McDonalds has gone right down the pan. Only ordered a fish finger happy meal and had to pull up and wait 20 minutes with hardly any other customers in the drive thru
