The worst MacDonalds ever, you never get everything you hv ordered nomatter what, is this intentional or what? It's only because its the closest to me, otherwise I wouldn't go back there. One time my order was missing 4 items, I don't believe it is a genuine mistake, they do it on purpose, you are stealing from your customers simple.

Terrible service via Uber eats. Food cold, missing and spilt. Refund also didn't reflect how poor the order was. Avoid.

Wasn't asked at the drive through whether I wanted a dip. Got to the window and was told it was a 10p charge. Okay fine....can I pay using the card reader.... No. Cash only I'm afraid! Didn't have any. Just a card. So they wouldn't give me a 10p dip to go with my £5.39 meal.... I will NOT be using this restaurant again! Shocking service..... I'll go KFC where they give you dips with your meal!

It's absolutely fine if sitting in food wise, but that's only if it isn't packed out with delivery drivers
Drive through very slow. Everyone's told to park up, but not enough bays if carpark is full, so drive-through gets blocked long waits .
Delivery is absolutely diabolical. it doesn't matter which one you order of we've had issues every time we've ordered food freezing food /drinks missing /whole meals missing/single items missing. You Ring the store, they don't care they just say contact the app, but the store should be changing their ways

Waiting time for someone to speak with you is mental?they just look at you and keep the distance?with the manager near them?if the manager encourages this type of behaviour no wonder why they have so many low ratings.

Worst McDonalds ever. Everytime we have ordered food they have missed half the order or given us the wrong food. Be expected to be sent to the bay to get food they never serve at the window. Have waited 20mins for a cheese burger. Have to wait 15 20mins for food as deliveroo and uber eat orders get priority so it feels. Currently in a bay waiting on a happy meal and a plain quarter pounder and its already beeen 10minutes and theres 2 cars infront. The staff are useless, seen them on their phones when ive been waiting for my correct order to be brought out. This place needs a kick up the arse.
