Can be dead in there & takes 10 minutes to just get a coffee off a machine that makes it. I paied nearly £4 for a large galaxy coffee to get a coffee that tastes exsacly like the carmal lattee.. I didn't get the squirty cream. Or the chocolate or any of the stuff it's ment to come with.
& my large cup was half full & luke warm. Nice one.

Food is standard for what you get it?s just maccies
You know what ur having and you know how it is so that wasn?t my problem
They had a mouse running around and for me that is a massive no when coming to the food industry.
Just get set up with a local Rodent catcher and just set some traps or something.
Very disturbing to see honestly where food is produced.

Had my Christmas Eve dinner here after some last minute shopping, food was amazing service was great, I ended up getting sore because of my disability and sad because I was eating by myself and an employee called jake saw me having a rough time and kept me company until it passed, thank you so much for cheering me up :) you made my Christmas!
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are very tasty, i enjoy them dispite not being vegetarian myself
Parking: Parking is a problem in this area in general, however there is a street nearby that may have a few spots, it goes around the right side of the building and round the back
Kid-friendliness: This place can get very busy and crowded, while the menu and venue is catered largely to be kid friendly, with ipad tables and happy meals and such, it can be a crowd when odering, however there is a self service screen upstairs where it is much less crowded and they will provide table service so i would recommend people with children and vulnerable people try up there first
Wheelchair accessibility: In theory there is a wide path through the center of the downstairs and they have a disabled bathroom. In reality this bathroom is often unclean and the through way to get thetr is crowded during peak hours, I wouldn't recommend navigating this shop in a wheelchair, however the staff are very friendly and accommodating and will be willing to help if you find a table nearer the entrance and cant get further in to order, you may find the app helpful too

Called in for a bigmac meal to sit in . What a big mac mistake no where to sit full of delivery drivers on the seats that would be available to sit on . The tray what my meal came on was dirty . The toilets omg tissues on the floor with blood on .wet floor .never ever would I waste my money on a disgusting place again.

The toilets were the dirtiest I have ever encountered went to the disabled ones down stairs there was urine all over the seat and floor no toilet roll left it stunk and as I had to go before my food came it put me of eating mu food I will NEVER return to this branch service was chaotic too

I visited the Hanley McDonald's and found the food and service was great...but what touched me more was that a customer was in a real state of high anxiety and was crying and struggling..when a blonde lady employee went up to the customer and really bought him down from his confused state with her very kind words and understanding she was absolutely amazing with this customer and a credit to your crew .

Number one contender for the worst McDonald?s in the UK, would definitely avoid if you want a decent McDonald?s, nuggets were brown (due to very old oil) and drinks were half full coz ?ice machine is broken????

They gave me the wrong order ther was a singular pickle in my burger unflavoured the chicken nuggets were dry and my milkshake was a medium when i ordered a large the chips were more like potatoes and the wrap was open

Filthy restaurant - food Luke warm - ketchup pump dispenser empty, I went to the counter and explained this to the server who tried to charge me for a sachet of ketchup! I asked to speak to the manager who sorted this out....
