Waited 15 mins for food which was only a small order; asked what was taking so long, got told it was the mayo chickens, which when i finally revived were cold and drowned in mayo, so obviously a lie, poor officers in the car behind me had to abandon their food too due excessively long wait and must of had a call

One of the worst McDonald's I've visited, always long waits wether your using the drive thru or the restaurant itself, staff always seem to prioritise the Uber eats and just eats orders over the customers who are
waiting to collect food. Always get asked to park up and wait for the order but there is never anywhere to park. Wait times are ridiculously long and staff always seem miserable. Inside always seems grubby.

Every time we come, they take your payment and make you park up somewhere to wait forever for your order. There's never any spaces so you end up having to drive round and round. I've even heard from a friend who's worked at another mcdonalds that they do it so they process more orders faster through the system...when you do get your food you have to check the bag cus 99% of the time at least 2 things are missing! They never give you the dips you've asked for either even though they are on the receipt and don't bother trying to order a mcflurry/milkshake as they never have the machine available

Waited ages, also no ketchup, a McDonald's with no ketchup...apart from on my burger as that's all there was on in, smushed about, zero pickles, zero onions, actually looked recycled!

Absolute joke this place!
Never any hot drinks or flatbreads at 0800. Just been waiting 20 mins in bay for breakfast.. Ended up going in to find it's still not ready although other people being served. This has happened several times now. Stay clear people if you expect FAST food ?

Ordered on just eat, im only 2 minutes down the road, it took 45 minutes ????? so it came burger was missing (double big mac) the girl behind counter replaces order, i think she struggled with that, she seemed away with the fairies! Anyway got the order got home just about to tuck into my burger and realise its a normal big mac ? i mean seriously how hard is it ???? i really wonder sometimes how some people get ready in a morning! They ALWAYS mess up at this restaurant!

The food was not the best. Service limited. Atmosphere awful. Most importantly it was filthy. The floor, tables and highchair were all dirty and sticky. I didn't use the toilets I wanted to leave ASAP. Horrible experience.
Parking: Very tight parking. Difficult to get baby out due to tight space. Queues to get off.
