Very helpfull staff. Clean and airy store all on ground level . automatic doors well spaced isles. Plenty of time limited parking. Other stores and a petrol station on the same site. Very busy place

Not much Choice in the store

Went to this store first on 10th April 25
To collect click snd collect order. There was two queues at the till one to be served by sales assistant and self checkout. Weren?t clear what queue you had to go in for click and collect. Service in this store is super slow, waited 15 Minutes in the queue. Ask the I ask the staff what queue I had to be in was ignored. Then the staff comes up to me, and ask me if I?m paying for anything? when I have nothing in my hands. After she hears me telling customers can go in front of me as I?m collecting a click and collect order.
I explain I?m waiting for a click and collect order, she then walks off. As I?m now next in the queue to be served by the sales assistant, locating my order number. She shouts what?s your order number. (I was unaware she was talking to me as she didn?t come over or address me properly- customer service on her part was dreadful)
I explained in the process of getting the order up so bear with me. I give her the order number I?m given my parcel. While experience was dreadful. Had she acknowledged me when I first came in and approached me properly and correctly. Could had avoided me having to wait 15 minutes in the queue unnecessarily.
Doesn?t help two sales people outside the entrance door on either side, harassing customers for money. Wanted to buy other things in the store due to the poor slow experience it put me right off.

Ordered trousers online they came absolutely covered in mud at the bottom. (So previously worn) I needed them for work. So thought I'll pop down get them changed. Louise at the till. Was not helpful. I said I just needed an exchange. She said I've got too return online...............No Louise I was a SM in retail for over 10years. I'm entitled too an exchange in store. Also it says on your receipt "not happy pop in-store within 28 days for a refund OR EXCHANGE " If they're not an external brand....I explained that they should really be apologizing for the state they were sent!! Not challenging me. ?????
Not helpful at all. She said she'd get the manager ??? (For an exchange??? Of a item you sent yesterday covered in mud........???) She didn't in the end. Totally baffling ? Why work in retail if your rude and un-helpful. She needs training or too retire.........Ruined my day!!! Won't return. I'll now use Tunstall instead ?? So I simple exchange turned into a stressful situation
