We visited this store to buy some clothing. The store was clean, tidy, and the staff were helpful. They were also aware of the man who was dancing out of the store with his drink and acted accordingly.

I've never experienced any problems with Matalan Longton. However today the Team manager was so rude and couldn't help me. When i asked to speak to someone else she said, she was the manager and I couldn't speak to anyone else.
Disappointed and angry.

I was told to go on self check by a rude member of staff but scanned my things, then realised they were card only as I thought so went to the checkout where I put my things down, she carried on doing what she was doing then stood on a till next to. She stood on the end till when I was on the 2nd to end and I asked " are u serving" and she said only on this till.. so I picked my things up and put then on her till but she was actually really rude again when I said I didn't have a matalan card. She began muttering things under her breathe. Totally un acceptable customer service in my eyes when she told me to go on the self checkouts and as for Not having a matalan card it's never normally a problem when I'm on self checkout so don't understand why it was a problem this time. You get the same wages whether or not I have a card!
