My trays which are done for me every month are always ready and when i collect them staff are always polite to me. I was not well one time and they said "just ring us next time you are poorly and we will deliver them to you"

Picked up my prescription the other day and not one member of staff had the curtosy to at least smile. Not a very welcoming place at all. Definitely won't be going there again.

The delivery driver for this pharmacy needs sorting every month he delivers i ask him politely to lock my gate behind him as he unlocked it to open it he deliberately ignored me and he as no human decency absolutely no manners will be phoning the shop again for the last time before looking for a chemist that can deal with their staffing problems

I have had horrible experience with this pharmacy the worst thing is that they are not apologetic at all. They lost all my tablets I believe it was handed to the wrong person. I went again the last time to collect 4 items but I was given only 2 items when I asked this lady why she did not give me all of them she said we dont put things together here so I said to her that is the problem you need order instead of people to keep coming back for missed items she said you are more than welcome to use another pharmacy and I ssid will do.

Went into this chemist yesterday as my daugther had an ichy eye they then got these allergy drops for me 5.99 i put some in my daugthers eye then later on seen the date which they are out of date this month phoned the store to be told they are ok to use i am not putin any more in my daughters eyes when googling it says dont use if expired not good enough for a chemist to be selling things out of date

Never thought I'd experience the low level of customer service in a pharmacy. I was told that it was only one person in at a time and that I had to ask my son who is only 10 to stand outside and wait. After telling her no, hes only a child, I received the most awful look from her. My son was already standing by the door and this was obviously not good enough for her. She then carried on with a disgusting attitude and I did not feel welcome in there. This is the last time I go there.
