Came to check our Washing machine over 4 weeks ago, paid him £35 and said he would order parts. Disappeared for 2 weeks with no answer. Been trying to call them every 2/3 days to ask for an update and im told i will get a call back and they never call back. £35 gone down the drain? wouldn?t waste your time and money with this company.

The worst place in stoke. Firstly the washing machine we bought from there stopped working within 8-9 months. Secondly the guy that came out was extremely rude, thirdly when he came out on Friday he said he will try get it done today which we were like okay fair enough, then we phoned him asking how long he huffed and puffed and said he needs to order the part which would be Tuesday the latest. We phoned up Tuesday and found out he went on holiday, it's been nearly 2 weeks now and he has our washing machine door and won't answer our phone calls.

Terrible service2 lads installed the washing machine and in the process stated they had broken the sink.They had infact broken the sink! They then got into their van and drove off.We called out a plumber who was able to fix the sink (at a cost) and we called the shop wanting to be reimbursed for their admitted mistake.Russell (who somehow ?manages? the company) came around whilst my young daughter was on the sofa shouting and swearing as if we were the ones in the wrong.Nothing has been resolved and he was EXTREMELY rude and aggressive and should be ashamed of himself doing so not only in a customers house but infront of a young child too.I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. The service is not worth the discounted price of the washing machines.

Shocking. Very rude. Unprofessional. Tried to get washing machine fixed (just need a new door) Russel the installation guy was extremely rude stormed In without saying a word, was on the phone swareing and he nocked stuff over in the house and didn't acknowledge it or say sorry. Said we needed a new door and will order it and will be Tuesday at the latest it's now a week later and he's apparently gone one holiday, just rang up and said will ring back in 15 mins, over 2 hours later now ignoring the phone and hung up.

I ordered a new Bosch washing machine. The price was less than online and with free delivery . It arrived and was fitted the following day. Amazing service and staff couldn?t have been more helpful. I will always buy my appliances from this lovely firm in the future.

Not happy at all very unprofessional service rude ignorant and will not use again.Washing machine bought from there broke after 8 months we had a 5 day old baby at the time .somebody called russel came out was ignorant rude and unprofessional long story short still waiting 2 weeks later apparently now gone on holiday after giving a deadline of 2 days . Is now ignoring the phone and one point he hung up

Hoover went in for repair costing £25. Recieved hoover back 3 days later with the same problem. Upon inspection of the hoover it clearly hadn?t been looked at. Very poor service. Only giving a 1 star because refund was given.
