The lady was very impatient and wanted to help another customer while I had to redownload the Lloyds bank app which takes roughly a minute. I was waiting for 5 minutes for her to get back to me and she was too busy serving the customer who was supposed to be served after me.
She had the AUDACITY to tell me she is busy with a customer even though I was here before she was, she never got back to me after half an hour while I was getting served by another rude guy who was talking like he wanted to fight me. Absolutely disgusting people.

I visited this about for having some problems regarding online banking,there was a lady at reception who covered herself with the black scarf,was very very rude with me and other customers,,staff members must behave well with the customers who visit the place ,but I will not visit this branch again,I decided to choose another online banking,.thanks

Slow customer service, no urgency from any staff, especially during covid times, to assist customers, especially elderly customers who have been awaiting their turn for 10 minutes plus. Poor set up and big delays

Improperly trained staff and paranoid, systemically racist policies pertaining to international clients and account holders. Staff rejected my proof of address documents twice and refused to accept a digital signature from my HR department. If you aren't born in the UK stay away - policies and attitudes of management are unwelcoming and borderline hostile to international clients.
