Never had a problem before it changed to jhoots but ever since it has changed the staff are rude you get left standing there barely any stock on the shelves it really has gone down bank since becoming jhoots also I was missing medication from my last prescription and not told it wasn't there
with the order so I have now changed pharmacy to a more local one and will not use this place again absolutely shocking and run very poorly

I just received medications for a random person on my door from this pharmacy. Granted it is a similar looking address, someone needs to learn how to read before they deliver. Not even remotely the same post code. I was thinking to return it to the pharmacy, but reading the poor reviews, I think I better take the medication to the correct address instead.

Disgusting staff. Don't answer phones. They genuinely know they have people on a string. Except our rude aggressive behaviour or go be unwell elsewhere attitude

They never answer the phone and when you go to the store their customer service is appealing. I would never use them again

sent my partner away without emergency pills because he ran out of sertraline and hasn't received his order yet. making him go through withdrawal symptoms for no reason when they could have just given him a few days worth of pills. unbelievable.

Shame Jhoots have taken over from Lloyds Pharmacy as the level of service is poor, prescriptions are never ready, the pharmacy is out dated, it's dirty and not very friendly, the staff need training in how to talk to customers and make it more welcoming.

I will never go at this farmacy in my life. I have been there on monday to pick up an antibiotic for my daughter prescribed by my GP. It was not even the waiting time but the fact that they have not preared the antibiotic properly. It was purely water. I assumed they know what they are doing amd I started giving it to my daughter. She had a serious throat infection which caused very high temperature every 4-5 hours. After 4 days of " antibiotic" I decide to go to the doctor again cause the fever won t go away., to find out that the antibiotic does not have the correct consistency and we need another one for another 10 days. How can these people be there responsible for some serious tasks if they are not prepared? This is something awful and I am sure it did not happened only to me.

Great service from all the staff there. Today i had a great consultation with pharmacist Tamara. Her Health communication is great, she makes the customers feel so heard and welcome and at ease and allows as many questions as they need. Highly recommend.

Awful pharmacy, used to be ok, now the staff are unhelpful and can leave you waiting for too long!They've now changed the opening hours so I have no chance to pick a prescription up before or after work, they even close at lunchtime (when a lot of customers have the chance to pick up)!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. They let you wait 20 minutes to only pick up a order. And when you tell them that you have to go and got appointments,they replying very rudely back. What a terrible work attitude they have !! Absolutely disgusting. Never I go back in this pharmacy again ???
