Had a 6 person bargain bucket at 12.30pm from Festival heights kfc. Chicken was all dry, chips were all dry, like they'd been done the day before. No such problems from the one in Fenton. I usually love KFC, not this time. Might be a while before I have another. Come on KFC, you're better than this.

Ordered 2 buffalo burger meals for take out.
Didn't get the extra chickens it mentioned, one portion of the chips were stale dry, unfortunately only found this out when I got home.
First time I've ever been dissapointed on a food purchase. Staff were nice though.

Staff don't want to talk to customers now they have new order machines. I stood at the counter for ten minutes and was looked at by at least 5 members of staff and not one came to see me, all just ignored me. No hot drinks and nobody to ask why, well, there is but they won't talk to you. I walked out with no food or drink.

Food served hot and to spec. Was pleasantly surprised by the seasoning on the chips. Food prep time was under 3 minutes.
FOH was tidy and plenty of kiosks to order from.
Condiments stand seemed a little unorganised with the napkin dispenser on its side but was clean.
Windows could do with a clean.

Worst burnt chicken I've had tonight( party bucket), and also a missing pop corn chicken..will never go here again..Owner needs to start taking action with the bad reviews because we spending alot of money on garbage..stop apologising and do something..

Thought would treat kids on way home after a long day what a shame the clientel at best were homeless people looking for somewhere warm to be the language was fruity and abusive and there was even violent behavior towards customers do not eat at this place get food get out do not take kids after 6pm

Who ever is working there tonight needs more practice arrived there at 8 o'clock asked for a twister original with kentucky mayo and extra lettuce only to have half a lettuce literally uncut and a tiny blob of mayo as big as me finger nail.. and then my partner had a fillet meal only to have pop corn chicken inside his box just one piece for what reason we do not no.. and same again fingernail size mayo the chicken was that dry it's definitely bin left for longer than its ment to be every time we go it's getting worse..

Should have a wider space , compared to McDonalds is much tasty the food and much better for the price .
