Upon paying I was told that the store had no change in the tills because 'The Money Man' hadn't been today !
So I overpaid for my order.
Absolutely astounding.
Bordering on theft in my opinion.

Wanted a quick bit of food before going home. Went through drive through, ordered Mighty Bucket for One. Got told it will be 5 minutes needed wait in a bay. 30 minutes pass and I still don't have my order, people who ordered after me got their food before me, and when the food came I was missing a piece of Original Recipe chicken, instead they put a chicken drumstick in for it???
I really don't understand how it takes so long to do food their, any other fast food place I've been is relatively quick, even when it's busy. This KFC had around 4 cars waiting, and it took over 30 minutes. Really poor, and clearly no improvement as most of the reviews on this KFC are regarding the same issue.

Food not much to write home about I've been a couple of times and was never impressed by them and the fact you have to ask permission to use the toilet as they are locked is a joke and the staff are slow and don't seem to be trained very well ?
Parking: Only a handful of small spaces for parking.

I would have rated food but I didn?t get any because of their terrible way of delivering ! 4 different delivery drivers for then to say it?s shut when it?s clearly not . It said latest delivery 5:25 . Now at quarter to six it was expected to come at ten past . Awful

We have ordered here a few times over the years. Never has our order been correct. Today, our dips never arrived for our dipping boneless feast. There was no answer when I called three times. I doubt we'll try them again.

Not impressed, chicken pieces very dark and soooo small, wasn't worth what we paid, chips are not nice at all, so won't be going back.

Walked in to 10 min wait to be told to use the terminals if I want to pay cash then come to the tills to pay the cash , that took 15 mins , then when the order was in I waited 20 mins and my order disappeared off the screen when it said ready , when I asked they said it was next . 10 mins later and 20 other orders out for delivery?s I asked for a refund , 45 min in the shop and no food . By Far the worst fast food place I?ve ever been in . Ask to use the toilet I?m guessing it gets rough in there at some times . ?

Very poor service. Apparently, you can no longer order food at the till! You have to use one of the screens even if you pay cash. The assistant was helpful and did it for me, but I'm sure it would have been quicker to use the till. Food was, at best, mediocre.

Just had a drive thru meal. Order a large order. Drove home. Completely wrong order. Drove back had to bang on window as closed.
Weak apology. Asked for refund. No offer of anything else. Left in a very angry mood.

Ordered boneless 12 piece chicken side orders corn on cob BUT DIDNT GET IT.coleslaw asked for mash x2 gravy x2 after I paid they said they haven't got any mash but we will give you 2popcorn chicken ONLY REACTIVED 1.gravy that thick you needed a knife and fork.chips were disgusting as if they sat there for ages . Tried to call them but no answer as usual.to rectified this I would like a refund because it all went in the bin and it cost me £28 what a waste of money I await for a reply
