Fantastic customer service from Jewsons on finding some bricks to match our house. Adam Twigg has been amazing and really helpful in locating these for us, talking to brick manufacturers and getting them delivered quickly. Thank you, we are really grateful. Highly reccomend

My Dad, has been trying to get skiring board for three weeks now, every time he's calls he's fobbed off and told they will be in touch, three weeks for an old man that can't use his apps like the internet on his phone etc,
Is this the way a national company treats people??
I've tried to convince him to try somewhere eles, but set in his old ways as most older people are, he only uses them, and will only use them he loves the quality and most of the staff.
Just wish jewsons realised it only takes one bad comment to destroy a reputation.

I used the Talke Pitts branch to hire some equipment. I couldn't ask for nicer Staff. Stephen is so helpful and true to every word he says. Service was fast and efficient. Demonstrated how to use equipment. All documents were provided in order. I will definitely recommend these guys to everyone and I will definitely use them again in the future. I can't thank you enough. Keep up the excellent service and thank you again.

My daughter doing some work in her new garden. We needed a rotavator as quick as possible. Two knights in shining armour helped from the Pit Lane jewson. First person to speak to Ian helped me said they could get a rotavator to us by the afternoon. I asked him if he could get it to us as soon as possible and he did. Brilliant customer service.
Delivered by Steve the driver what a lovely person. He showed my son in law how to use the rotavator and then left. Sadly we couldn't get it to work so we called Ian back and Steve was back with minutes sorting it out. Ten out of ten for customer service. Both members of staff deserve a pat on the back for the service we had today.
Also many thanks to jewson Hanley who told me to contact Ian.

I've dealt with Ian in toolhire on a couple of occasions over the last week, and he's been great. Genuinely top service, and couldnt do enough to help when the cord came loose on a stihl saw we hired. Highly recommended 10/10
