Absolutely amazing service. Called in Saturday hadn't got any dryer in that i wanted, they looked on their website found one straight away and said they could deliver Monday and a very reasonable delivery price and also great price for the dryer. Go check them out if you've never been

Very helpfull,staff they did not have what we wanted in store, but went online fo us and got us the perfect cooker. Fitting within a week has been arranged at a reasonable cost for removal as well.This is not the first white goods we have bought from Hylands. Find them to be reliable with good after care.Thank you.

After coming Saturday afternoon to discover my fridge freezer had packed up I rang Hylands & within 45 minutes a new one had been delivered & installed & the old one taken away.I can't fault their service. This is the first time I've used Hylands but it won't be the last.

We needed to replace a faulty oven after moving house and popped in to Hylands just for a look. Andy the store manager was extremely friendly and helpful and within minutes we had decided on a suitable replacement. Easy pick up from their warehouse with the member of staff loading into the car and letting us know we could take the old oven back there for recycling free of charge. Overall a really pleasant experience, competitive price and great service. Great to use a local business with such a long history.

What a fantastic shop this is bought a panasonic 32 inch freesat smart TV this set is just amazing with superb sound and picture quality the sales man was extremely friendy and honest went completely out out of his way to help us pick the right set with out any doubt will definitely be back again I would give ten stars if I could will recommend any body to shop here

Went to look for a washing machine at Hylands Longton. Andy Fox was extremely helpful, explaining the merits of the various products. No pressure selling, took time to show price comparison, feature comparison. Delivery options excellent with choice of days. Result- Andy made the sale, customer extremely pleased with service.

Really good choice of stock with friendly staff. I'm disabled and unfortunately the products we wished to see were upstairs so I had to give it a miss.Pretty low on the disability friendly list I'm afraid. The staff were friendly and helpful but as I say if you're disabled it's not too good.

We needed new fridge/freezer as soon as possible. Chose one and rang the Longton shop. The gentleman on the telephone was very efficient and sorted the order quickly. He managed to fit us in for delivery that day. The delivery team were professional and friendly and set up new one, removing the old one, problem getting through door past shelving and light was soon sorted. Extremely pleased with the whole experience. Would recommend. Thank you.

Sales guy was very knowledgeable and showed us the different options we could have. They had what we wanted in the warehouse to take with us. Not like Currys who did delivery only and charge you for it. Great job thank you .
