Hi i have been missold a Gas cooker on 20/2/24.I was advised its all gas Dave in store confirmed this, when the cooker was delivered to the home address we found out that the grill was else electric. He refused to refund even though he confirmed he will over the phone. He wont cooperate with us , will not give information on how to complain. Such a bad service Terrible experience..I am taking this further..they misspell the product to get money off you.very unhappy ? try to stay away from them..very bad experience.

Very professional service, quick and efficient on the phone. The delivery was on time and the installation was a very difficult job but they went the extra mile and managed to remove the old cooker and fit the new one. I would highly recommend.

Ordered a difficult to get Washing Machine. Howard's were my last hope and advised that they actually had one available. The sales assistant was knowledgeable, polite and respectful. I live a fair distance from where there premises are located but arrangements were easily made for supply and delivery. Conveniently, the original agreed delivery was brought forward, which was really helpful for our needs. Would certainly recommend this company and my advice to them is: Keep up the good work & thank you.
