Nice friendly staff,
Shop can get busy on peak hours so try to avoid them if you are a social hermit and don't like people-ing.
Queues can get quite big but workers will open more tills where possible.

The one draw back to this place is the amount of times there have been shoplifters getting kicked out of the store causing a scene or damage. That's nit a problem with the store itself though. The other downside is the amount of people pretending to be homeless that sit outside the doors begging for money. When I say pretending to be homeless I will clarify this..
If you wait until the end of the day when the shops are shutting you will see them often meeting up together, getting changed into their high end gear , discussing the money they made that day and throwing all items of food/drinks in the bin and jumping into a car and driving off together. It's almost like homeless is a business and a ring of people working together.
Seen it many times . First time I saw it was shocked but now its just a common occurance

WOW can't rate high enough after today's visit . Busiest I've ever seen and queues at checkouts were long but shelves still well stocked and managers/ supervisors were organising more tills to be opened thanked everybody for waiting and even came round offering customers sweets. More stores need to take note

Good store, plenty of parking, products are well stocked depending on the time of year .
Plenty of choice, staff are not helpful at all I think they had their tongues removed because one of the please and thank you.
Customer service is poor but it's a good store just to get what you want and go without asking questions.

Great place to shop! Lots of great products, ordered well, lots of room between aisles to get around and of course lots of bargains.
Only gripe is sometimes it can take a while to get served. But that?s usually the busy times like a Saturday.
Shame that last time I went the front windows looked like they had been smashed in. Other than that, would recommend a visit.

Just moved here recently from London and I can say a real hidden gem in the neighbourhood, staff are warm and friendly as are most people in Stoke I have found, only criticism is that it should have security guards, as do most stores nowadays to protect the staff which is the most important thing.

Well stocked on one floor. Prices are very competitive. Staff are very pleasant. Well worth a visit for Halloween items, on sale now.
