I was served by Gemma Loui at till 4 at 12:24, and unfortunately, the experience was unpleasant. She appeared visibly irritated when asked about the price of a product, responding with sighs and dismissive body language. What stood out even more was the stark difference in her attitude when serving us compared to white customers. It?s disheartening to witness such behaviour in 2025?everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of background. Staff should be trained to uphold professionalism and treat all customers equally. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve service standards.
