I love home bargains, I really do. Don't get me wrong, I don't want to marry it or anything weird like that. But, the stores are great, I had never been to this branch before, and it didn't let me down any. I only went in for a sweeping brush! 30 minutes later, I'd got everything but the sweeping brush! As is the case so many times.lol. There is just so much to choose from, the stock levels & variety are brilliant . As is, the value for ? ? ? ? ?. They stock everything that you do not know that you need!!!. The stores are always turned out well, extremely clean, and the staff are knowledgeable, and approachable. Not something you find in other named stores. All in all, it was a pleasure to go in there today, and part with my pennies. I will certainly be doing the bulk of my household shopping here from now on.

What an absolute shambles this shop is. Not enough staff on the till for the amount of customers I left my trolley in the end because this place doesn?t deserve customers keeping them

Absolutely disgusted with the service ive just had in your longton branch. A lad on the tills has just huffed and told me he was just closing his til with a disgusting attitude, an elderly gentleman followed me and he did the same speaking to us like absolute dirt. A young blonde girl approaches and his face lit up, said i served you earlier didnt i and percieved to serve her. When i call the lad out hi said 'give it a rest and change your attitude' i have never been spoken to like that in my life!!! Even another member of staff was shaking her head at this mans disgusting behaviour!!!!!
